The staff is incredibly helpful and the location is perfect for exploring the nearby village and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious and well-maintained toilets. The architecture is unique and adds a fascinating touch to the overall experience. The pool, while appearing slightly worn, is a refreshing spot to unwind. Great value for money!

It was convenient for access to Fez airport but a bit run down. It lacked atmosphere because there were precious few guests and is a bit shabby.
It's quite a run down hotel that was perfunctory. We found that the riads that we stayed in for the rest of the trip offered better value for money.

only 1 person from the staff was nice and very helpful, i am very sorry, but I dont remember the name. parkiing at the hotel
very poor breakfest, charity convoy to Gaza, so very noisy and lots of unplasent controls. it should be anounce before for the foreginers.

The rooms at Hotel Sidi Harazem are absolutely fantastic! The premium bedding and air conditioning make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, and the amazing views of the Sais hills and thermal pools are breathtaking. Plus, having a seating area in some of the units adds an extra touch of comfort. As a karaoke and casino enthusiast, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay!
Personally, I found that the bathtubs in the bathrooms were a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just me!

The rooms were nice and clean. Nice swimming pool although not always that clean. Location is good. 15 kilometres from Fes centre. Taxi from Fes to Sidi Harazem is 5 dirham per person if you don't mind sharing it with 4 other people (otherwise it's 30 dirham). The surrounding countryside is lovely. Only half hour from the airport (200 dirham by taxi).
The breakfast was very poor. The bread was uneatable. The staff was reasonably friendly but most of them only spoke Arabic. The hotel must have been lovely when it was new. The inside is cleanbut not very luxurous. The ac would only work, when there were enough customers or when you complain about it. The outside (pool and garden) is in great need of restauration. The photo's on the webside are not representative, you need to add weed and missing stones in the mosaics. There is a music club very close to the hotel, they play quite loud arabic music from about 5pm to 7pm (in our case) and the hotel isn't well sound-isolated. And last but not least, you can not pay by credit card. This should be a 2 star maybe 2,5 stars hotel.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are nice, big, clean. We had also a swiming pool and a nice breakfast. For the money we payed this was the best choice. Free parking also.
The inconvenient is that is 20km away from Fes. So if you don't have a car it's not quite recommanded to stay there.

I’m really impressed with the location of this hotel. It couldn't be better, because you can walk to everything – the mosques, the main square, and the local park. the rooms are cozy and clean, and the bathroom is modern and updated. I loved the view of the nearby park from the communal area.
The pool was not well-maintained, but it didn't bother me because I didn't have time to swim.

staff were really friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Food was good - although no menu given, it was lovely every night. Was a good price for what you got. Grounds were nice and the surrounding countryside os lovely
Bit difficult to get into town. There is a bus but not immediately obvious where to or how often it goes. Best bet it to get a taxi from up the road into the outskirsts of Fez and then another into town.

Hotel Rooms were Excellent with Great Swiiming Pool. Rooms were ensuite with balcony views of mountains.
Location is BAD. 16 kilometres from Fes centre, and No regular Bus service. Taxi from Fes to Sidi Harazem is 120 dirhams (12 euros) for tourists, but just 15 dirhams for local Moroccans. Complete RIP OFF. Hotel Restaurant charge 160 dirhams for evening meal. I did NOT eat here. This place is middle of nowhere. And every night there is blaring LOUD music coming from next door. This goes on until 00.30am every night. Staff in hotel speak Arabic and French - No english or No Spanish. I would NOT stay here again. Moroccan boys hang outside hotel hassling and intimidating all tourists and foreigners.

Nice, quiet and clean hotel
The breakfast was very poor, same standard menu everyday without any changes, in need of offering more options. I asked to have the TV remote for my room eachday but was not given one throughout my stay

Not much... people not friendly, hotel need a very big refresh to keep the 3 stars.... litlle swimming pool. They put "Chlore" in the swimming pool during the day so we couldn't swim during many hours (why not during the night ?). If you don't have a car it is far away from fes. At least 20 min from center. many things are old and didn't work like the fontein.. table are old and dirty. breakfast is not good

I recently spent 5 days at a hotel nestled in a beautiful area near a natural water spring. The hotel offered basic but comfortable rooms, with the added bonus of breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our needs were met. One of the highlights was the restaurant, which may have had a limited menu but still served delicious meals at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet and serene setting allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
My experience at this hotel was enjoyable and I couldn't find any major faults.

Nice hotel with great design and very helpful people
Swimming pool was not ready for use. Bad overall maintenance. And no hot breakfast.
